Extract TimeSteps from time step algorithms

These attributes should later on substitute
the attributes in TimestepAlgorithm. This would
make the TimestepAlgorithm classes independent of
the TimeStep.

Properties which return a double (LinearSaturationSwellingStress model) must be
converted to 3x3 matrix before conversion to Kelvin vector.
