* configure.ac: Add `--with-libgcrypt-prefix'.  Substitute `LIBGCRYPT'.

* Makefile.am (.scm.go): Pass $(LIBGCRYPT).

* guix/utils.scm (%libgcrypt): New variable.
  (sha256): Use it.
