move porosity, transport_porosity, permeability, biot_coefficient and storage to medium in RM process and MPL properties

And replace AddTest calls to OgsTest in cmake.

This was the assumption in the previous process' implementation.

By replacing piece-wise linear saturation and relative
permeability models with constant (fully saturated) models
the results became symmetric.

Coordinate system results are copied from the anisotropic
reference.

The truncated version is not exactly comparable with the
coordinate transformation version and results deviate by
10^-7. Better to use accurate representation of the tensor
for the comparisons.

The original tensor is rotated by approximately 30 degree.

Reuse the material property.
Drop <intrinsic_permeability> tag from prj files.
