move porosity, transport_porosity, permeability, biot_coefficient and storage to medium in RM process and MPL properties

And replace AddTest calls to OgsTest in cmake.

Calculate Biot coefficient, such that solid compressibility stays the
same as before. Now alpha = 1 - K_S/K_SR.

Added alternative_mass_balance_anzInterval_10 test, mesh and result files, added alternative_mass_balance_anzInterval_10 block to Tests.cmake

The reference files are converted from the second
order mesh results with the 'convertToLinearMesh'
utility.
Note, the sigma, and the NodalForces fields do not
compare well to the higher order results, but other
variables do very well.
sigma, probably due to extrapolation;
NodalForces because of the missing middle nodes which
would take some of the load.

This was the assumption in the previous process' implementation.

By replacing piece-wise linear saturation and relative
permeability models with constant (fully saturated) models
the results became symmetric.

Coordinate system results are copied from the anisotropic
reference.

Reuse the material property.
Drop <intrinsic_permeability> tag from prj files.
