move porosity, transport_porosity, permeability, biot_coefficient and storage to medium in RM process and MPL properties

And replace AddTest calls to OgsTest in cmake.

Calculate Biot coefficient, such that solid compressibility stays the
same as before. Now alpha = 1 - K_S/K_SR.

Currently the limits are hard coded to be 0 and 1.
In some cases these values could be higher and lower,
respectively.

This was the assumption in the previous process' implementation.

Reuse the material property.
Drop <intrinsic_permeability> tag from prj files.

Copy expected result files from HM/square_1e2.prj output.
Update the project to better match the HM project.

HydraulicFlow is still wrong/different. Reasons not understood yet.
