RemoveGhostData

Description

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Partition the mesh using partmesh
  2. Run a parallel simulation
  3. Apply RemoveGhostData tool to the resulting pvtu files

Expected behavior: After applying the RemoveGhostData tool the mesh should be covering all the original cells/elements.

Actual behavior: A lot of cells/elements are missing. In the picture below on the left side the pvtu data is shown, on the right side the result of the RemoveGhostData tool - the vtu grid - is depicted. pvtu_and_RemoveGhostData_vtu
