TH2M compilation Windows

Dead-lock compilation of TH2M on Windows.

Tried so far:

  • Disabling ccache
  • Disabling unity builds
  • Updating Visual Studio
  • Fixed a missing include in CreateThermoRichardsFlowProcess.h
