RM; porosity from mass balance

Dmitry Yu. Naumov requested to merge endJunction/ogs:RMPorosityFromMassBalance into master

For a more accurate model the porosity is calculated now such that the mass balance equation is fulfilled. This results in some changes in the reference files.
