Fix input file parameter documentation

As titled, this pull request fixes the input file parameter documentation error detected by the automated quality assurance (thanks to @endJunction who finds this defect).

P.S.: A thorough fixup needs to re-implement the chemical solver PhreeqcKernel which so far has been shut down.
