Domain deactivation; Dirichlet BCs on excavated domain surface.
Currently only the "inner" nodes of the excavated domain are excluded from computation (held fast) by enforcing Dirichlet type boundary conditions. This is suitable for displacement variables, where homogeneous Neumann boundary condition is imposed on the excavated domain surface ("outer" nodes).
For temperature and pressure often fixed (non-zero) value is required for the simulation, which can be set now with
<boundary_parameter> tag in the project file.
