[NodalSourceTerm] Fixed a bug when the Taylor-Hood elements are used
In NodalSourceTerm, if a quadratic mesh is used for the nodal source term assignment for the equations using the linear element, a bug occurs. This bug influences HM, RM, TRM, and TH2M.

It is a simple HM example with a rectangle domain. The vertex nodes on the left boundary are applied with nodal fluid flux via NodalSourceTerm. The pore pressure on the right boundary is equal to its initial value of
10^5Pa. The displacement in the normal direction of all boundaries except the left one is fixed.
