PhaseTransitionModels for TH2M Process

Norbert Grunwald requested to merge Scinopode/ogs:TH2M-PTM_PhaseTransitionModels into master

This adds structs to calculate the constitutive variables and phase equilibria relevant for phase transitions for the upcoming TH2M process. Four cases are distinguished: no phase transition, only dissolution or re-dissolution of gas into the water phase, only evaporation or condensation of the water phase or both (dissolution and evaporation) phase transitions simultaneously.
