Th2m fix composition output

Norbert Grunwald requested to merge Scinopode/ogs:th2m_fix_composition_output into master

The variables describing the composition of the phases (mass and mass fractions) were not output correctly. This error was previously undetected because these variables were not compared by any tests. The error has been fixed and the relevant tests have been modified to output mass and mass fractions.
