Phase field with constrained minimisation

The existing phase-field is now solved with constraints (updateConstraints) applying SNESVI solver. Unused parameters, History variable and Viscosity, are now removed.
A test case /Tests/Data/PhaseField/beam/AT2_iso_tensile is added.
