[PL/CT] Incorporate the effect of change of storage capacity due to mineral dissolution-precipitation reaction

In this pull request, the effect of change of storage capacity is taken into account through adding an additional term in the governing equation

\phi \frac{\partial c}{\partial t} + \underbrace{\frac{\partial \phi}{\partial t}c}_\text{accounting for the effect of change of storage capacity}  + \nabla \cdot \left(\mathbf{q} c - \phi \mathbf{D} \nabla c \right) + R = 0.
