[PL/THM] Fix temp. eq. for case w/o thermal osmosis

Dmitry Yu. Naumov requested to merge endJunction/ogs:THM_FixTemperatureEquationWithoutOsmosis into master

Move a part of temperature equation into if-condition for thermal osmosis. Otherwise this term leads to nonphysical temperature rise acting as a source term.
