Output of active/inactive elements for deactivated subdomains

Adding output of active/inactive elements for each process variable with deactivated subdomains. In the usual case w/o the subdomain deactivation there is no output.

Minor updates to related deactivated subdomains, as early exit and removal of unnecessary if-condition.
