TRM: Collect IP data accessors in the local assembler interface

Christoph Lehmann requested to merge chleh/ogs:trm-collect-ip-data-accessors into master

With this MR the TRM local assembler interface provides two lists with all IP data it provides for extrapolation and IP data output.

Thereby it's not necessary anymore to declare the available data both in the local assembler interface and in the process class.
