THM-Freezing for temperature equation.

First update to the THM process including latent heat in the energy equation. Only temperature is affected and there is no coupling to the mechanics nor to pressure. The latter two will be implemented subsequently.

Tested on the Stefan problem provided in the HeatConduction tests.
