Re-implement FEFLOWGeoInterface with libxml2 replacing qt-xml parser. Allows now the tests to be executed in non-gui builds.

Renamed FEFLOW2OGS util to Feflow2Mesh because of name clash with ogstools' feflow2ogs. Added two ctests for the tool.
