accelerate OGS-PhreeqC simulations by using stringstream as data exchange

In this MR, the string-stream based data exchange feature is added to the OGS-PhreeqC simulation. This should greatly accelerate the reactive transport simulation that was previously based on file exchange.

This MR is not finished yet. Still needs to be fully tested and verified.
