add borehole sections with changing diameter in HEAT_TRANSPORT_BHE process

This merge request add the features of boreholes with changing diameter in the HEAT_TRANSPORT_BHE process. In geothermal fields, boreholes are very often drilled with multiple sections. They usually start from the largest diameter in the first and most shallow section, and then proceed with a smaller diameter in each deeper section. This MR allows the user to define a changing borehole diameter over depth in the input file. The flow velocity and thermal resistance calculation will reflect this change in the simulation accordingly. Two additional benchmarks are added to test this feature.
