fix(CT): make OGS-PhreeqC run with both OpenMP and MPI

This MR makes OGS-PhreeqC reactive transport simulations to run in either or both OpenMP and MPI environment (hybrid parallelization). A MD file has been added with detailed instructions how to configure the input PRJ file. The calcite example has been modified to test the simulation in MPI mode.
