Update TESPy pipe-network scripts and benchmarks to TESPy 0.11 API

This MR update the TESPy library to 0.11. The definition files of pipe network has been upgraded to the new TESPy API. Old OGS-TESPy benchmarks have been re-activated. No change in OGS source code is required.
