Support update porosity and permeability for post processing in HC process

This MR adds support for non-chemical porosity updates and updates permeability accordingly, plus a small Kozeny_Carman_NonChemical benchmark notebook to make visualization and consistency checks easy. It also allows porosity to be defined via a function expression directly in the .prjfile. Thank @MaxDoe for pointing this out.
