Refactor HT documentation; update monolithic scheme
The monolithic scheme was slightly behind the staggered scheme features and is not up to date, see first two commits for details.
The documentation was extended (mostly rewritten) in line with latest updates to LiquidFlow or SmallDeformation processes documentations.
