Extract Sigmoid property for generalization of liquid-ice phase transition.

The TemperatureDependentFraction is replaced by porosity*Sigmoid MPL property. The porosity is added on the caller side, the Sigmoid MPL property is just a [0,1] function (now usable in other contexts as well).

Now, because the volume_fraction property is independent of porosity, it can much easier be replaced with other functions; this is the ultimate goal of this refactoring.
