Refactor AddTest()-calls to OgsTest() (part 2)

Part 1: !5747 (merged).

This contains infrastructure changes only which are required for the remaining AddTest() migrations:

  • test definitions in prj files can now use different file and array names between ref and test output files
  • test definitions in prj files can now also contain xdmfdiff-based tests
  • OgsTest() gained new parameters: PATCH_FILES, NAME_SUFFIX, EXECUTABLE_ARGS

Part 3 (!5768 (merged)) is based on this merge request.
