Parallelization: Drop ghost/regular element distinction

  • Partitioner (NodeWiseMeshPartitioner): one elements vector replace regular_elements + ghost_elements + duplicate_ghost_cell. Boundary-crossing element added to every partition it touches. Duplicate-cell marking for VTU merge now via visited_cells set (removed markDuplicateGhostCells).
  • Binary format: ghost section kept but empty (count 0) → format-compatible.
  • Reader (NodePartitionedMeshReader): number_of_regular_elements renamed number_of_elements; WARN when reading legacy file with ghost elements.
  • Test data: regenerated 3-partition references; *_ele_g3.bin emptied.

Workflow 'partmesh -> simulation -> pvtu2vtu' passed with larger model on JSC HPC infrastructure.

  1. Tests updated
    • Updated only 15 partitioned meshes. Using not updated partitioned meshes to check that ogs can still read the 'old' format.
