[CompTrans,T] Reorganise coordinate-dependent variabale tests and centralise PHREEQC databases

Goals of the merge request:

1.) Reorganises coordinate-dependent material-property tests into CoordinatesDependentVariableTest, with clearer names for projects, meshes and reference outputs.

2.) Shifts PHREEQC databases into SharedDatabase and updates affected test projects.

3.) Removes unused parameters from RadionuclideSorption test and the calcite component from the solid-phase component test
