Merging of the required functions of basic libraries from nw-branch and stabilising their interfaces. This affects the BaseLib, GeoLib, MathLib and MeshLib.

BaseLib is a node. MathLib depends on BaseLib. GeoLib depends on MathLib and BaseLib. MeshLib on all other mentioned before.
