Today I learned that Jupyter can start a kernel in a specific virtual environment: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/using-jupyter-notebook-in-virtual-environment/
Maybe that's a better way to go instead of installing jupyter in every virtual env separately.
Solution: Install jupyterlab
in docs environment.
