Meshseries should close the xdmf/h5 file after reading

Simulating something, reading the result as a MeshSeries and simulating again with different settings (i.e. integration_order of 2 the first time and 3 the second time) causes the simulation to fail probably because the h5 file is still opened? Can be mitigated by restating the jupyter notebook, thus not a big problem, but can cost time for people since its hard to understand
