create 1st working example for creating and running an ogs6 simulation from existing benchmark input files

Create a working example:

• read in existing benchmark input files
• create r2ogs6 object
• write out ogs6 input files based on r2ogs6 object
• execute simulation run
• no need to retrieve simulation output or check if simulation executed or finished
