Write small tutorial how to generate benchmark scripts

Instead of maintaining an extra repository, it is more practical if r2ogs6 users can generate R scripts for benchmakrs themselves. All necessary functions for this are already implemented. What's missing is a small tutorial for benchmark script generation.
