Handle `chemical_system/database` tag

The chemical_system/database tag specifies the location of the Phreeqc data base file *.dat. The path in this tag is respected or updated when an object of class OGS6 is instantiated from a PRJ file and the attribute sim_path diverges from the location of the PRJ file. The path to the DAT file has to be updated similarly as for the GML file.
