CI runtime is too long

Currently there are three jobs running for over 24 h now and you set the job timeout to 4 days. This is too long. I already canceled one job yesterday as on envinf3 only 4 concurrent jobs are allowed and so some OGS pipelines were stuck.

Please update / refactor the jobs to a maximum runtime of about 4 hours. Also the jobs are pinned to envinf3. Consider using the label envinf23-shell which will pick one of the envinf2 or envinf3 nodes.

Please check if the current running jobs need to finish, if not please cancel them.
