create 1st working example for creating and running an ogs6 simulation from r2ogs6 input_add functions
Create a working example:
* create r2ogs object by using `input_add` functions
* use benchmarks from #3
* write out ogs6 input files based on r2ogs6 object
* execute simulation run
* no need to retrieve simulation output or check if simulation executed or finished
