Functionality to read in `* .fct` files and to run respective simulations

  • function to read in *.fct files
  • test if simulation with *.fct files runs and if input files are equal to reference files
    • use benchmark: ogs5-benchmarks/H_us/RSM or ogs5-benchmarks/GROUNDWATER_FLOW/Transient_flow
