The local damage computation is replaced with non-local
process and does not show the mesh dependency.
Should we plan to use the local damage later on for some
reasons, then it should be implemented in the SmallDeformation
process itself and not in the material model.

This is moved to the small deformation process.

Also add evaluation functions.

LIE/HM Pressure interpolation

HeuristicSearchLength: Add link to source docu.

Interpolates pressure available on base nodes to all nodes.

This will fix an error where the correct VTK library was not found
in the first CMake run but on susequent ones.
