The result of getNumberOfBaseNodes() doesn't change but the computation is relative expensive.

Rename a the method from getNumberOfComponents() to getNumberOfGlobalComponents()
in class LocalToGlobalIndexMap.

Also call MeshInformation::writePropertyVectorInformation() for similar
code parts.

The fmt library happily accepts std::string without
any conversions.
