TH2M; Finalize extraction of MPL evaluations into constitutive relation models

Contains now only the shape matrices and the integration weight.
ALso remove no longer necessary alignment macros/allocator.

Data and their derivatives collected in structs.
Avoid storage of intermediate phase enthalpies.

This also eliminates the IntegrationPointData::pushBackState().

From both phase transition models.

Reducing storage a little more.

 - Some variables are set in one model but not in the other: these
   default 0 initializations are now explicit in both models.
 - Some variables are not initialized or initialized to zero in both
   models: these are marked as constexpr 0 in the PhaseTransitionData
   with a TODO note.

Already stored in phase transition data and computed
by the corresponding models.

as it is used only locally in the NoPhaseTransition model

The xnWG is not used in assembly and is required only
internally (and in the unit test) but is easily substituted
with 1-xnCG.

Since both variables are used only internally one can
same a little space here.

The computation of the derivative is different in both
phase transition models.

This removes the last part of MPL evaluation.

Both, the value and the derivatives.
