Fixes a warning on newest gcc.

The debug output with boolean conversion is incorrect with newer compiler/stdlib versions.
It seems the iostate became a new type and is no longer an unsigned int.

Using IWYU for guidelines.

Internally in libxml2 there is some magic working with
NaN's and triggers a FPE where it is not relevant.

Per default meshes are loaded relative to the .prj-file directory.
When specifying -m the meshes are loaded relative to the specified
directory.

The file is written to out_dir/[prj_base_name]_processed.prj.

In the patch file you need to set the attribute after_includes="true"
on every patch step which should be executed after the include phase.

Will allow for an additional patch run after includes are resolved.
