fix xml patch error

 implicit coordinate base.

Due to non-zero displacement and previous bug in eps_prev
initialization the results were less consistent.
Also set the initial conditions to those from time step 10,
just before the temperature load is applied.

Removed also checks that are implemented in other tests.

- rename to better reflect purpose of test
- generalize testing (all points of point set are now tested)

- Test inserting the same points twice
- Test getPointsInRangeQuery
