Due to renames and const-correctness in vtk-7.1 to of the
*Value() functions appear in const version now.
The *TupleValue() functions are renamed to *TypedTuple().

Handles optional simple boolean expression which has to be true to

The local NewtonRaphson is moved from MaterialLib/SolidModels to NumLib in order for further reusing.
This class provides a basic NewtonRaphson routine to handle the nonlinear constitutive relationships existing in the local problem. After being moved to NumLib , it can be reused by other processes, e.g the two-phase multicomponent process which I am working on now.
(p.s. Some of the changes are caused by running clang-format)

[HT] Add thermodispersion.

The scripts load the required modules on envinf1. Simply source them:

source scripts/env/envinf1/cli.sh

Otherwise std::unique_ptr was not found on gcc 4.8.1

Especially useful on envinf1 where the module eigen/3.2.8-1-cmake
in /global/apps sets this variable.
