The original gtest folder is removed.

Reason is the removed namespace std::tr1 no longer available in the VS2017.
Fixed in PR https://github.com/google/googletest/pull/1218
and the related issue is https://github.com/google/googletest/issues/1138

Fixes Eigen finding.

This fixes submodule checkout errors when the submodules URL changed.

Fixed also a CMake error when CVODE_KLU variable was not defined.

- Works on Mac
- Needs to be checked on Linux / Windows.

Should fix ccache too.
