The method QMenu::addAction can directly
connect the signal with a functor. This makes the
SignalMapper unnecessary.

The QDesktopWidget is deprecated.

No longer needed. No "dynamic" types.

Pass xs to secondary variables computation

... monolithic processes. Used for x and dof_table.

These follow the same pattern but in TES, which has
secondary variables not for extrapolation.

And only interfaces to separate the relevant code changes;
most processes do not need any changes.

To access the solution values a dof tables are passed
too.
