model, but the transformation itself is more general
and is being used in other (not yet available) code
parts.

Split BuildInfo from BaseLib into separate libs

initializer-list constructor should not be declared explicit.
Constructors that take a single std::initializer_list
parameter should also omit explicit, in order to support
copy-initialization.
