This fixes GUI compilation on Linux.

This is the latest version released today which fixes errors
like in #2687.

Release 1.0 version of MGIS, patched.

The MGIS is build with c++11 standard.
The tfel library is provided via conan too for convinience.

Fixes #2603.

Can be useful to build / pull Conan release packages when building
OGS in debug mode:

cmake ../ogs -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DOGS_CONAN_BUILD_TYPE=Release

This prevents weird Qt compilation errors.

Added simplified FindNetCDF.cmake to cmake submodule.
Have not tested this with system-installed netcdf.

5.12 introduced lots of new options and dependencies, could
not get it to work...

RPATH is now executable_path/../lib only.

Speeds up CMake run significantly and reduces Conan output a lot.

Related to c++17 removed binder* functions.

Other binder* functions were removed only in the 3.3 branch.

Conan packages for gcc-6 are build on Ubuntu 17.10. VTK uses getrandom
which is implemented differently depending glibc version, thus the VTK
package for GCC 6 is incompatible to Ubuntu 16.04.
