Fixes formula rendering errors. Pandoc is also a superset of Markdown
with lots of useful features. For the future we should use just Pandoc
as format.

- Introduced data-url shortcode
- Fixed test data links
- Markdownify text in shortcodes (e.g. image captions, data-url)

- Theory for analytical solution.
- Comparison-images to analytical solution.

Ordering is done per weight parameter:

starting at  101 - benchmarks
starting at 1001 - devguide

entries.
